SHIPPING & RETURNS
To ensure successful residential deliveries, please ask your private receivers to register at www.ondemand.dhl.com, where they can choose preferred delivery options, including non-contact delivery.
Please check with your local Government, Customs and shipping carriers for more information on imports.
Customs / Duty:
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We ship mostly anywhere in the world for free, when checking out with delivery address, you will see the free shipping option. It will take 2-5 working days to process your order. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery.
We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method. Our main carriers are DHL, all parcels will be tracked. Orders via DHL can take up to 15 days door to door.
We cannot ship to PO box addresses, we require the billing and shipping addresses to be the same or you will be refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
International Orders: If you receive a damaged or missing item in an international order, you must initiate and finalize an insurance claim before we can provide compensation or a replacement. Please contact https://www.seagullwatchco.com/contact within five business days of delivery to file a claim. Keep the shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we must wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Change-of-Mind Purchases: For change-of-mind purchases, if you have already paid for an item that has not yet shipped and you want a refund, please note that a processing fee of 2.9% will apply. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Return Merchandise Authorization: All returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from seagullwatchco.com. Special items may have a limited return policy (please see the Special Orders section below). All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees of 10-25% for used or damaged items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
